Chapter 1

What you need to understand, is that your way of thinking and your actions have brought you to this moment in your life. Maybe that seems harsh, maybe you don’t want to believe it but it’s the truth. You are where you are right now because of your choices and your actions.

You need to be able to accept this truth if you really want to transform your life. You are the reason you feel this way, you are the reason you think this way, you are the reason behind the emotions you label your circumstances with.

But this is not a blame game. This is accepting responsibility for your own actions so that you can work on making the right choices for yourself. You cannot blame all of your circumstances on cultural conditioning and upbringing, you must take responsibility for your own.

By analysing your thoughts and the meaning behind them you can slowly break down any conditioning you have been taught and begin to think and act for yourself.

Hey, I’m Ren

I’m Rene, proud founder of Ren’s Health and Wellbeing. I’m a major foodie, a bit of a yogi and occasionally a gym freak.

What I have learned over the years is, it doesn’t matter if you try to eat healthy and work out regularly, if you don’t feed your soul or workout your mind, you will keep facing the same issues.

Health and wellness has always been a huge part of my life. I suffered from anxiety, stress and depression at a young age. I know what it’s like to not know what direction you’re going in, constantly questioning why you feel the way you feel and it is overwhelming and exhausting. I have done a lot of self help over the years and now I have the tools I need to help others who have suffered with similar experiences.
